Changelog

Settlra is in private beta. This page states what is available today and what is not. A versioned changelog starts at general availability.

Available now

• USDC to mobile money payouts, in private beta. Markets launch as Settlra secures the required licences.
• Quotes and payouts APIs. Every write requires an Idempotency-Key.
• Batch payouts, saved beneficiaries, and HMAC-signed webhooks.
• A dashboard for quotes, payouts, API keys, webhooks, and team roles.
• Sandbox on the same API host, selected by API key prefix. No real money moves.

Not yet

• A public list of launch countries or mobile-money operators. Coverage for a licensed market is shared during onboarding.
• Vendor-backed sanctions screening. The placeholder provider fail-closes payouts outside sandbox and is not a clearance.
• Official published SDKs.
• A separate sandbox hostname.

If this page disagrees with the API, the API is right.
